AI in the Face of War:  WiseRegulation.org Founder speaks at NATO ‘DARB

In the meeting hosted by the NATO Data and AI Review Board (DARB) this November in Brussels, the Founder of WiseRegulation.org, Vitaliy Goncharuk, briefed the Board on the role of AI in warfare in Ukraine. 

His talk, titled “AI in the Face of War: A Ukrainian Perspective”, was focused on:

  1. AI Prior to Full-Scale Invasion;
  2. AI Development During the War
    a) 2022 – UnSystematic (AI) response
    b) 2023 – New Ecosystem (Drones, Robots, Disinformation, Awareness systems)
  3. Data and Privacy suring and after the War;
  4. Re-Evaluatinng ‘Human in the Loop’ in Modern Warfare.
